- You can not claim on some thing that is not covered!
- Are items listed that need to be listed?
- Do you know what your excess is?
- Are you getting value for your premium?
- Have you read your insurance documents or had them explained to you?
- Read all your documents carefully and if you have any queries please contact us.

Please Pay Your Account By The Due Date: It is important that for the continuance of your insurance cover that your policy is paid by the due date. Please do not assume that the cover will continue automatically. Also it is very important to inform us prior to the renewal date of any change in the risk that is insured.

New Purchases: Also it is important that you contact us with details of any new purchase. It is important that cover is placed on the purchase straight away. Be it a house, an expensive content item or a vehicle. Read your policy wording to see what covers are automatically in place for the new purchase, if any.

Vehicles – Please contact us to place cover on a vehicle before anybody drives it. You should not drive a vehicle with out having the actual policy number for that vehicle.
